Carters Family Butchers is no more

Carters Butchers has always been a family-run business involving Chris, his wife and his son and daughter. At the end of November Chris retired and, as his children did not want to take on the business, it has now closed.

Before his retirement Chris passed on his recipes to D W Walls who plan to make some of their sausages - at the moment they are making his Ludlow Pork, his chipolatas and his pork, onion, red currant and sage.

Hobsons - Changes are Afoot

Hobsons are now sending their own beer out directly. If you want their beer please contact them directly on 01299 270837. We are still sending out beer for the Ludlow Brewing Company, and Mahorall Farm cider.

Monthly Meating

The Ludlow Sausage Company now normally ships meat and sausages once a month, to arrive on the Friday of the first full week of the month. We are still shipping beer and cider weekly.   more...
